Our Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) program supports youth and their families as they work through mental health or behavioral health challenges. We work closely with every family’s unique strengths and needs to create a comprehensive treatment plan that meets individual goals. Through in-home and community-based support, youth receive the care they need, reducing emergency room visits, hospital stays, or out-of-home placements.

We empower youth and their families by providing them with the tools they need to overcome challenges, build positive family relationships, establish support networks, and minimize the negative effects of symptoms or emotional disturbance.
