Home and Community-Based Treatment and Support (HCBTS) services

Cayuga Centers Home and Community-Based Treatment and Support (HCBTS) services are designed to meet children, youth, and families where they are in their homes and communities to build on family strengths and keep families together.

Our HCBTS services are research informed and/or evidence-based – meaning the interventions are researched and proven to be effective. Many are supported and well-supported under the Family First Prevention Services Act. Our aim is always to build on family and individual strengths, provide mental health and skill building supports, and use a trauma-informed approach. We work in partnership with families, empowering them to sustain the health of their family unit after the conclusion of our services. We offer a variety of behavioral, educational and therapeutic programs.
