Spring Village Apartments

Spring Village has 10 apartments specifically designed for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, with a mix of 9 one-bedroom and 1 two-bedroom apartment available. This inclusive housing option is part of a larger complex of 50 apartments, intended for seniors aged 55 and above.

Situated in a quaint neighborhood, Spring Village Apartments are in close proximity to shopping, dining, and parks. The apartments are equipped with laundry facilities and a community room that can be used for various activities. Additionally, the well-maintained grounds offer a serene and welcoming environment.

Spring Village’s accommodations are tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals with disabilities, providing them with a safe and supportive community that promotes independence.

OPWDD Support Services Include:

→ Community habilitation is available from Cayuga Centers and other organizations

→ 24/7 on-call support from Cayuga Centers

→ Individuals may be eligible for up to a $3,000 Transition Stipend for furniture and other expenses from OPWDD

Rent:

A rent subsidy is available from OPWDD

→ Basic rent for 1 bedroom unit is $525

→ Basic rent for 2 bedroom unit is $705
