Functional Family Therapy (FFT) is an evidence-based family therapy program for families with at-risk children ages 11 – 18. Multisystemic Therapy (MST), also an evidence-based program, offers different therapy components that include the individuals and community support that will positively influence the youth and family where there is an imminent risk of out-of-home placement.  Read more about these programs.

Family Resiliency Programs

Family resiliency programs are designed to help families remain together. 92% of at-risk youth served by one of our many family resiliency programs have avoided out-of-home placement. Explore these programs.

Children's Health Home Care Management 

Cayuga Centers CHHCM is available at no cost to Medicaid eligible children and adolescents from birth until the age of 21. The goal of the program is to assist families, prevent emergency room visits and hospitalizations, and improve school attendance. Explore this program
