Services for People
with Developmental Disabilities

We serve people of all ages with developmental disabilities.

Our programs include:

Habilitation Programs:

  • Day Habilitation: This program serves both school-aged and adults 20+ with recreational and social activities, as well as assistance with personal care and other areas of need. The goal is to assist these individuals in reaching a higher level of independence in all areas of life.
  • Community Habilitation: At home assistance to individuals to support independent living skills.

Respite Programs:

  • Weekend Respite Program: Allows families/caregivers of at-home individuals with developmental disabilities a scheduled break while providing recreation and socialization for the individual.
  • Weekday Respite: This weekday program, open from 2 - 10 pm, involves individuals in a variety of gross motor, fine motor, and sensory activities, as well as crafts, games and movies.  The program is held in a newly renovated program space that includes a large activity room, gymnasium, study area, and a relaxation room, with nearby outdoor recreation opportunities.

Medicaid Service Coordination:

Assists individuals and families in securing services that will help them achieve their goals. A Medicaid service coordinator works with the family, advocates for services and monitors progress and success.
