Services for People
with Developmental Disabilities

We serve people of all ages with developmental disabilities.

Our programs include:

Habilitation Programs:

  • Day Habilitation: This program serves both school-aged children and adults 20+ with recreational and social activities, as well as assistance with personal care and other areas of need.
  • Community Habilitation: At-home assistance to individuals to support independent living skills.

Respite Programs:

  • Weekend Respite Program: Allows families/caregivers of at-home individuals with developmental disabilities a scheduled break while providing recreation and socialization for the individual. Consumers attend on a rotating schedule.
  • Weekday Respite: This weekday program, open from 2 - 10 pm, involves individuals in a variety of gross motor, fine motor, and sensory activities, as well as crafts, games, music, and movies. The program is held in a newly renovated program space that includes a large activity room, gymnasium, study area, and relaxation room, with nearby outdoor recreation opportunities.
Direct Support Professionals provide care for one or more assigned individuals in our habilitation or respite programs according to each person's Individual Service Plan. Led by an administrative team for the program, they help plan, implement, and document activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and behavior management. These workers assist with personal care, teach skills, lead recreation activities and transport individuals to community activities. Direct Support Professionals aid individuals in reaching a higher level of independence in all areas of life.

Medicaid Service Coordination:

Assists individuals and families in securing services that will help them achieve their goals. Medicaid Service Coordination Associates work with the family, suggest resources, advocate for services, provide linkages and referrals, and monitor progress and success.
