 CQI Bilingual Investigator - Bronx, NY

Exceptional opportunity for a unique skill set. We seek a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to investigate reports of incidents of abuse, neglect, or maltreatment of individuals served by Cayuga Centers, as required by State Oversite Agencies (SOA) and the NYS Justice Center. The successful candidate will work with the Chief Quality Officer and program departments as necessary to investigate and report outcomes working with external oversite agencies as required. CQI File Specialist - Auburn, NY

Join our growing CQI Department! The CQI File Specialist will create and maintain the agency filing system that meets the regulations of state and federal oversite agencies (SOA), Council on Accreditation (COA), and Healthcare Financing Administration (HCFA). The CQI File Specialist is also the agency’s dedicated Privacy Officer for HIPAA. Associates of Health Information is required, with experience operating a medical records system (EMR). Compliance Generalist - Bronx, NY

Join our growing CQI Department! The CQI Generalist works within the CQI Team to ensure compliance in meeting all agency state and federal regulatory requirements through review of compliance systems in place, management of systems and updating systems as needed. The CQI Specialist works with departments to maintain program compliance goals. Associates Degree with four years’ experience with compliance review in non-profit social services, mental health or insurance settings is required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Therapist - Bronx, NY

Cayuga Centers is seeking an experienced Therapist to provide individual therapy to youth and family using Trauma Systems Therapy. As a Therapist at Cayuga Centers, you will complete psychosocial assessments and treatments plans while supporting youth’s adjustment to foster care. Learn about this opportunity here.

Entrenador Bilingüe de Agencia - Bronx, NY
